The AGM of Portarlington RFC will be held at 8:00pm on Friday 31st May 2019 in the clubhouse.

Motions for consideration at the AGM, together with any nominations (proposed and seconded) for the election of Executive Committee members, should be received by the undersigned at the below address by post, or digitally at the below email address, on, or before, 5:00pm on Friday 17th May 2019.

Motions, Agenda and last year’s AGM minutes shall be posted for viewing on website, www.portarlingtonrugby.com, the following Monday.
