Leinster Rugby is conducting a province-wide review of its Age Grade* programme.
* For the purposes of this survey, Age Grade programme refers to all rugby played between the U13 - U19 age categories in Clubs or Schools.

The review and this survey are being conducted by sports consultants Inside Track who have worked with Leinster Rugby and the IRFU previously. Your views and opinions are extremely important to this consultation - it should take you about 5 minute for the player survey and 15 minutes for a stakeholder to complete.

Your responses will be treated in strictest confidence and will remain confidential. Leinster Rugby will not have access to, nor see, your responses. Responses to this questionnaire will be used to inform the review process.
