We are seeking applications from club members who might be interested in taking part in development workshops to become age grade / womens rugby leaders within the club.

Inclusivity is a core value of Irish Rugby and this course is open to active volunteers who wish to become innovative leaders in age-grade and/or women’s rugby, especially those who are driving inclusive agendas within their clubs. If selected, these volunteers will take part in 4 development workshops over the course of the 2019/20 season to gain new ideas and share best practice with schools and club across the country. 2019 was the first year of the programme and the volunteer graduates went on to take up roles within their clubs and provincial committees.
